  • Email with "RETURN" in the subject line and include the following in your email:
    • Order Number
    • Reason for Return
  • A prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you and must be printed.
  • Place the returned product(s) in a parcel package with the pre-paid label affixed to it.
  • Drop the package in the mail or take it to your nearest postal office for shipping.
